This addition to our spotlight of the 1977-1985 classic Kenner photography features the end of the Roy Frankenfield era. From 1981 until 1985 the line was shot entirely by Kim David McNeill Simmons. When it comes to purchasing rare classic Kenner era collectibles, research is crucial. Case in point is this auction for four Italian Tri-Logo four packs currently being offered for $9,499.99. At first you might think that it's time to Make An Offer, but not before having a closer look at the figures included in these sets. The description mentions one of the sets features two Return Of The Jedi carded figures, which in and of itself isn't beyond conception, but these packs are usually found with Tri-Logo and Palitoy cards, and the two in question look like Kenner 77BK cards. That said, your research would likely lead you to some interesting topics in our forums...
