Hot Toys has shown off the prototypes of their 1/6th scale Movie Masterpiece Series Han Solo and Chewbacca figures at the sixth stop of their annual exhibition at the China International Comic Festival Expo (CICF Expo) in Pazhou, China! The region's 501st Legion was in full force, but were (like the rest of us) unable to get their grubby little fingers on these sought after rebels. The exhibition will run until Oct 5th, so if you will be in the neighbourhood, make sure to pen the event in. Click the thumbnails above for a closer look at the images Hot Toys has released of this event.

Its safe to assume that everyone knows about the classic Kenner collection that was produced from 1978 until 1985, but not as well-known are the International companies that offered their regions the Star Wars figures being produced in the U.S. Back in the day, the International figures produced by other companies were mostly underrated and went for a song, but as vintage collectors became more aware of what was truly rare, the prices began to rise and rightfully so since all International toys were produced in far fewer numbers. It isn't often that an International figure shows up with a low starting bid. Follow this link to check out the very cool Italy-produced Harbert Walrus Man!

We've received a couple of store reports telling us that Kmart are currently offering some special value offer vehicle two-packs for around $15-$16.50, and while the vehicles are a few years old, you can't really complain about the price! From what we've seen so far, the packs comprise Vulture Droid/Xanadu Blood, Jedi Turbo Speeder/Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter and Snowspeeder/Cloud Car, though your mileage may vary. Thanks to Rebelscum readers Kyle D. and Dan L. for the heads-up.

Following on from yesterday's report about more and more Star Wars Rebels product showing up in stores, Rebelscum reader Vincent P. wrote in to let us know that Rebels fever has hit Singapore, where he picked up the animated Stormtrooper at a local Toys "R" Us, adding that the store only had one of each character on the pegs. With the vehicles already out, hopefully this means that we won't have to wait much longer for the new figures!
