Since I am still on mountain time from a recent trip, I wandered over to Walmart around midnight and found the new wave of The Black Series 40th Anniversary collection. The associate laughed as I picked up the wave because he had literally just finished putting them on the shelf. He was also nice enough to grab the shipping box for me and show me how to stack them back into it. Some more details in the full story.

And I mean awesome because Walmart have absolutely debased their prices! Here's an assortment of purchases Rebelscum readers and form members have reported: 75111 Darth Vader buildable figure for $7, 75120 K-S20/75525 Baze Malbus/75121 Death Trooper buildable figures for $5, 75154 TIE Striker at $17, $17 for 75102 Poe's X-wing Fighter, 75151 Clone Turbo Tank for $47, 75156 Krennic's Shuttle for $35 and perhaps most impressively 75157 Captain Rex's AT-TE at $30, a mere shadow of its original RRP of US$120. The over-riding trend in these bargains is that they were found using the Walmart app. Prices do vary a little so the numbers given above are medium averages.
