From our friend BobaFrank82:

Just wanted to share a variant that I just recently picked up on. In the photo of the two Dr. Evazan figures, the one on the left with the pink eye scar is from my Wave 4 case and the Dr.Evazan on the right with no scar is from my Wave 4 Rev. 1 case. I received both of my cases along with a wave 3 case from EntertainmentEarth.com about 2 weeks ago and was just browsing my figures when I spotted the variant.

Figured I would share seeing as how itís been some time since Iíve seen a legitimate variant like this. Enjoy!

At the current time, we haven't seen any more images showing the altered paint design, so Frank may have lucked out with a factory error, but considering how much better it looks without the pink paint, let us hope it is in fact a production change. We'll keep you posted.

Poll
Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
It isn't for me.
