As the classic Kenner collection was winding down, just before the original Star Wars Generation was about to enter the dark time, the Ohio toymakers tried valiantly to keep the Force in the toy aisle. The final wave of figures, the legendary The Power Of The Force collection featured silver collectors coins making even the repacks more desirable. While developing the pack-in premium, Kenner looked at many different finishes including bronze (which ultimately was used on the Droids and Ewoks lines).
