You might have missed it in the Revell gallery posted last night, but one of the images Richard Astill shot features the 40th Anniversary packaging design. Click the thumbnail above to have a look at this fresh design that hasn't forgotten where it all began. The classic Kenner racing lines are represented, and as a reflection of the Hildebrandt Brothers art used back in the day, this new design seems to have gone for the (much classier) Tom Jung art used on the original poster the siblings based their painting on.
