We're stupid excited to invite you to the last gallery opening of 2015 here at Toy de Jour. In fact, we're going to cram everything we've got left for the year into this one event; gallery opening, holiday party and our 2nd Annual Tots for Toys for Tots drive!
Our December Artist is Mr. Kim Simmons, otherwise known as 'The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker'. Kim is the photographer responsible for the toy photographs on all those Star Wars toy packages, catalogs and inserts we all spent hours drooling over starting back in the late 70s all the way through the 90s.
Kim will have prints of his toy photography available for sale both framed and loose. This is perfect timing with the new film hitting just a couple weeks later and the biggest gift-giving holiday following shortly there-after. Find that perfect gift for that Star Wars fan that THOUGHT they had everything!
