Rebelscum.com: The Shoe Project

The Shoe Project is the newewst charity art project from the 501st Legion. The project started as an idea of a member of the MidSouth Garrison and grew from there. We wanted to do something similar to the Helmet Project's that have been such a huge success at Star Wars Celebrations but would also fit the smaller scale of a local convention, Lexington Comic and Toy Convention in this case.

We wanted to support a local charity and the UK Childrens Hospital seemed like the best fit for what we do. After a few quick emails to Lucasfilm and Vans we had the all clear and began contacting artists. We were on a tight deadline so the shoes had to have a quick turnaround. But we had some excellent artists involved who created some awesome shoes.

All money raised will go to the hospital 100%

We have everything from shoes converted to a Cloud Car to shoes that look like Boba Fett's helmet.
