Thanks to a find by Hoth Bricks on r/lego we have learned that LEGOLand California has this polybagged 55 piece MINI set for sale. No word on price yet though. We also have a discussion thread for this set in our LEGO forums.

UPDATE: The instructions are now available to download from the LEGO server.
