R2 Where Are You? Posted by Mick on June 22, 2007 at 12:13 PM CST: Scott C. sent us a web link to the local CBS 13 affiliate in Louisville, Kentucky. Apparently some Star Wars fans are a bit too obsessive. It seems that one of the USPS mailboxes designed as Artoo has been stolen, along with it's mail contents. I like him as much as the next fan, but no astromech is worth committing a federal offense to own. I'll stick with the 3 3/4 inch version. So far there haven't been any Sandcrawlers spotted in the area, but authorities are still searching! Check out the story along with video coverage right here.
