Star Wars Rebels

Let's start off with the Star Wars Rebels line. Action figures shown during the presentation, were those we already know of thus far:

Ezra Bridger
Chopper
Inquisitor
Agent Kallus
Kanan Jarrus
Stormtrooper(s)

Also shown, were sneak-peek images of two brand-new Clones that will make their appearance in both the television show and Rebels action figure line. Now, there are some people who don't like the 5 points of articulation on these action figures, but looking at these toys up close, it gives this line an inviting and refreshing new-old look, if you know what I mean.

Star Wars Rebels 12-Inch Action Figures

Included in the line-up of 12-inch Rebels action figures will be:

Ezra Bridger
Stormtrooper(s)
The Inquisitor (Who is McQuarrie inspired)
Kanan Jarrus

Star Wars Mission Series

Next, we roll into the Mission Series action figure sets. Here's what's in the line-up for 2014:

Zeb Orretios Vs. Stormtrooper
R2-D2 & C-3PO

Star Wars Vehicles

Okay, on to the vehicles, and believe me, there were no shortage of vehicles on display this year. Hasbro treated collectors by giving us up-close previews of the following:

Inquisitor's TIE Fighter

AT-DP: Holds two action figures; one sitting and one standing

Phantom Craft: Also holds two action figures; one sitting and one standing. This is a craft that the "good guys" in Star Wars Rebels will utilize in the television show.

And finally, the 29.5-inch long X-Wing vehicle! Now, when you think of a vehicle this size, what price runs through your mind? $89.99? $99.99? For the first time ever, Hasbro will be offering a massive vehicle of this size at only $39.99.

Other Star Wars Goodness

Moving away from the action figures a minute, kids (and adults who are kids at heart), can expect to see an all-new blaster that will contain a fold-out stock and a silencer on the front of the gun.

We will also see a double-bladed lightsaber that functions as two single blades and a force disc that can be thrown into a galaxy far, far away (pun definitely intended).

Star Wars Command

Did you ever enjoy playing with those little green army men when you were a kid? Well, Hasbro has come up with their Star Wars Command line that will rekindle that childhood nostalgia. This Fall, build the armies of Star Wars where you can re-create battles and destroy armies. These toys will retail for under $5 each and Hasbro is coming up with 78 new characters per minute. Okay, that was a joke, but there will be a plentiful selection to choose from.

Star Wars Black Series

And finally, to top off a great night of Star Wars goodness, the Black Series. Easily the highlight of the Star Wars presentation, the 6-inch line will be jumping leaps and bounds with these new additions to the 6-inch scale:

Biker Scout with Speeder Bike: Will also include a stand where you can manipulate the stance and pose him in various ways.

Jabba the Hutt: The toy is massive! Great care and detail went into creating Jabba and he sure took up a prominent space in the Star Wars display.

Look for the Biker Scout with Speeder Bike and Jabba the Hutt in stores this Fall!

Other 6-inch reveals include:

Chewbacca (a personal favorite of mine)
Episode II Clonetrooper
Episode VI Darth Vader: Includes two-piece mask
Luke Skywalker
Episode IV Sandtrooper with Black Pauldron

All-in-all, it was a great day for Star Wars fans. Be sure to stay tuned for more Star Wars awesomeness throughout the 2014 International Toy Fair!
