Hundreds of Star Wars Fans Expected to Line Up in Times Square to Celebrate the Midnight Launch of Toys and a Dedicated Boutique Based on All-New Star Wars Adventure
WHAT:
Begin the Clone Wars will! On Friday, July 25, Star Wars fans will gather outside of Toys“R”Us Times Square to celebrate the release of toys, games and more based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars. To add to the fun, The World’s Greatest Toy Store will host a “Cloned Costume Contest,” Star Wars trivia, games, prizes and a Star Destroyer-filled with other excitement!
WHO:
Hundreds of Star Wars fans and collectors (many dressed in costume) lining up outside the store to be the first to buy Star Wars: The Clone Wars merchandise. Also, special appearances by: Darth Tater™ and Darth Vader and Storm Troopers from the 501st Legion.
WHEN:
Friday, July 25: 9 pm – 12 midnight: Anxious fans gather in front of Toys“R”Us Times Square to participate in activities, trivia, games and more
Saturday, July 26: 12:01 am:
The doors open at Toys“R”Us Times Square for a special unveiling of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars boutique, which will be filled with the largest selection of toys and games based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars toys including exclusive items from Hasbro®, LEGO® and more.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars opens in theaters nationwide on August 15.

Hundreds of Star Wars and Comic Fans Expected to Line Up in San Diego to Celebrate the Midnight Launch of Toys and a Boutique Based on All-New Star Wars Adventure
WHAT:
Begin the Clone Wars will! On Friday, July 25, Star Wars fans visiting San Diego Comic-Con International will gather outside of Toys“R”Us Mission Bay to celebrate the release of toys, games and more based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars. To add to the fun, the store will host a “Cloned Costume Contest,” Star Wars trivia, games, prizes and a Star Destroyer-filled with other excitement!
Star Wars enthusiasts will also have a chance to play an oversized version of the Star Wars PocketModel TCG game from WizKids while they wait.
