Comments: 1985 saw the plastic tribute to a great film finally realized with the addition of Barada to Kenner?s Star Wars action figure collection. Though subtle enough to be missed by all but the most faithful science fiction aficionado, someone (or some people) at Lucasfilm wanted to honour the film ?The Day The Earth Stood Still? by using the three words that could save the human race from certain extinction subtly in Return Of The Jedi, a film thirty-two years it?s junior. So, unlike most of the background character?s in the Star Wars saga, Klaatu, Barada, Nikto will always have the greatest of meanings.

Major Variations: Though all vintage figures have minor variations, the Barada action figure has no known variations.
