EA Games has ended speculation that the games next expansion would include Republic Commandos.
As well as adding the Republic Commando player class to the game, September's big DLC update will include a Felucia map, large-scale Instant Action play mode and PVE (player vs environment) mode.
Instant Action, which appeared in the original Battlefront title, will allow solo players to enjoy large-scale battles against AI bots while the new PVE will see up to four players versing AI bots on five Clone Wars planets.
More expansions and special game play events are coming in October/November, and EA also tipped their hand and declared the December release will include all-new
The Rise of Skywalker content.
But before that the game will be adding the Separatist Dreadnaught and Republic Venator to the maps in Heroes vs Villains play, and will include small-game scenarios.
