This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars: The Legacy Collection Comic Packs #9, which includes a Grand Admiral Thrawn and Talon Karrde figure. This issue is a reprint of Dark Horse's Heir to the Empire #1, with some minor alterations to the cover (including cover layout, number, and price). See that issue for further information.
The packaging for this comic pack indicates it is actually #9, while the indicia of this comic says #25.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until October 2008, the indicia lists the publication date as September 2007.
