When the 2002 Saga collection hit the shelves, collectors were left scratching their head with the packaging for the Dexter Jettster figure. Though listing a pipe accessory, their wasn't one packed in. The real reason hasn't been revealed, but early prototypes show that the figure was in fact designed with a pipe, but it was removed before the figure's production run began (as far as we know).
