From Julius Marx of AFTimes.com -

"I got to see a screening of Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc. this morning, and sure enough the Episode II trailer is attached.

I thought I'd send a long my report to fill in a couple of the shots that your other reader left out in his report. Here's what I remember:

20th Century Fox title card

Lucasfilm LTD. card

black screen, Darth breathing once....long pause...Vader breaths again...pause... followed by the familiar music and a bunch of quick edits.

Some of the clips include (not in exact order).....

Amidala and Anakin looking at each other

Head and shoulder shot of C-3PO in is new "duds"

CG Yoda shot (Yoda turning around)

A shiny ship flying past camera heading towards the planet's surface (Amiadala's ship?)

R2-D2 in a black room with what looks to be a hologram grid floor

Obi-wan hovering off the floor caught in the beam of a machine.

Someone in the Madolorian armor blasting off with the rocket pack circling a spire.

Anakin and Obi Wan running into a room.

Some sort of city in a swamp. Several elevated domes/buildings over a body of water.

Anakin and Amidala kissing in a passionate embrace.

Watto flying and wearing a snappy hat (Kinda like a pith helmet...I smell a new figure!)

Slave 1 flying right at the camera and firing several times.

What looks like to be a buncha clone kids in their orthodontic head gear, working at some computer terminals.

2 people embracing outside of what looks like the Lars family homestead.

A CRAP load of troops loading into some transports.

A partial group shot of the Jedi counsel.

A lightaber battle (with sound) with Anakin and Count Doku? (there was a green and a red lightsaber involved)

Then the text "The Saga Continues Summer 2002"

Then "Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones"

But the most important thing was NO Jar Jar! Of course we know he's IN the film but I didn't see him in the first trailer.

By the way Monsters, Inc is great! It's very funny with a lotta heart. Encourage all the Rebelscum readers to stick around for it after the trailer."

Sounds very cool indeed. As reported, officially to boot, the Star Wars teaser will premier this Friday in front of Monsters Inc. Check for showtimes in your area.

See you there!
