Welcome back, Rebelscum! If you've been waiting to jump in on the Ghost HasLab campaign, it's officially last call! The backer count has ticked up more than 3,000 pre-orders since our update on 9/2/23, but the campaign is still around 1,000 short to unlock the coveted Zeb figure. There is a chance that some third party retailers will jump in on the action and place some big orders, combined with a last minute surge from collectors who have been sitting on the fence, pushing it over the 17,000 backer goal line.
As a reminder, shipping for the Ghost is about the same as a year of Hasbro Pulse Premium membership. A Pulse Premium membership includes free shipping for HasLab items. So if you're getting the Ghost, you may as well pony up for the Pulse Premium membership and get a year's worth of benefits for around the same cost as shipping.
There could be a couple of factors that are keeping some collectors away that otherwise would be backing this much-requested project: ---No flight stand. Many fans have expressed frustration over the lack of a stand such as was included with the Razor Crest. ---The price. Unless you are an existing Pulse Premium member, the ship will cost you around $600 in the US after taxes and shipping/Pulse Premium membership. ---Not the full Ghost crew. While a wide-release TVC Sabine Wren figure has been announced, it won't match the cardback of the rest of the included Ghost crew. No TVC Chopper is included or announced as a separate release as of yet. (No we're not counting the articulated dome on the Phantom II shuttle as a Chopper figure)
