Agent Kallus is a member of the Imperial Security Bureau, and commands units in both the Imperial Army and Imperial Navy.

The Agent Kallus figure was revealed with the rest of the of the first wave of Hasbro's Star Wars: Rebels Hero Series 12-inch line in their showroom at the 2014 International Toy Fair. The assortment, which also included new figures based on the Rebels era Stormtrooper and Ezra Bridger as well as repacks of the previously released Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, and Clone Trooper figures, began to hit shelves in the fourth quarter of 2014.
