Announced during their section of the Star Wars collecting panel and put on public display immediately after in their booth at the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con, Gentle Giant Ltd's Emperor's Royal Guard Jumbo Kenner action figure went up for pre-order on January 18, 2018 and began shipping the following September. This figure, like the classic Kenner 3.75-inch action figure with the same name released in 1983 as part of the Return Of The Jedi collection, features a non-removable two layer fabric robe and Force Pike weapon.
