MACE WINDU Mace Windu 2013 The Black Series

Mace Windu is a Jedi Master known for his wisdom as well as his excellent skill in Lightsaber combat.

While little more than a retooling of The Vintage Collection figure from 2011, The Black Series' #19 Mace Windu figure features new arms, an altered colour scene, and a recut skirt making it a realistic version of the costume the character wore in The Clone Wars. In addition to this figure, the third wave of Hasbro's Black Series 3 3/4-inch action figure collection also included the debut Revenge Of The Sith #15 Merumeru, the 2011 buck updated Revenge Of The Sith #16 Clone Commander Neyo, the much-needed update #17 Vizam, and the Sith Lord #18 Darth Plagueis as he is described in the Expanded Universe figures.

This wave was first revealed to the public in July 2013 as part of the display in Hasbro's booth at Celebration Europe II and began reaching eager collectors the following October.

Moving into our nineteenth year of shooting Star Wars collectibles, we pause for a moment to consider legacy. Our photography is obviously recognizable because of the blue background, but looking further back, especially after we published The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker galleries last December, we've put our minds to offering more classic Kenner backgrounds to our galleries. Follow this link to have a look and then let us know if you'd like to continue to explore this train of thought.
Focus on the Rebelscum legacy and keep it blue.
I love the nod to Kenner's history. I'd love to see Rebelscum embrace a more colourful vision.
