    • Comments: The STAP is a small, one-pilot, repulsorlift vehicle outfitted with two laser cannons. It is extremely maneuvarable, making perfect for patrol, reconnaissance and battle. STAPs are operated by battle droids who function as the infantry of the Trade Federation army.

    Points of Interest:
  • STAP stands for Single Transport Aerial Platform
  • The middle rod that enabled the STAP to move was initially sculpted in a beige plastic, similar to the droid. This was soon changed to the correct brown plastic color, similar to the vehicle.
