  • Comments: The Republic Gunship is a powerful combat vessel used by the clone troopers. Its transport bay can carry large numbers of troops into battle, deploying them through the side doors and with the drop-off landing base. Outfitted with an impressive arsenal of weapons including "laser" cannons, chin guns and missiles, the gunship is one of the Republic's main fighting vehicles in the Clone Wars.

    Points of Interest:
  • The Republic Gunship was originally released in 2002's Saga line, but this time it has new color scheme. It was also released in 2003's Clone Wars line as the Command Gunship with different colors. The sticker sheet with the new version is the same as the 2003 model.
  • Clone Trooper figures and accessories not included. They are shown for display and interactive purposes only.
  • Plans for an updated electronic version of the Gunship and a version packed with troops have not panned out. Only the three repaints shown above were released.
  • Clone Troopers, Clone Pilots, Speeder Bike, and Gun Turrets shown in the above photos are sold separately.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
    It isn't for me.
