After he is lured to the dark side of the Force, Anakin confronts his destiny with the same defiant determination he first showed as a young and hopeful boy on Tatooine. His fateful decision has torn apart his world and destroyed all hope and trust. He has betrayed his friends and turned against all that he once loved. Now, he raises his lightsaber in battle against his former mentor. The burning lava erupting around Anakin echoes the tortured emotions roiling within him. He is filled with a seething maelstrom of pain, confusion and anger.
