On November 17, 2011, Sideshow Collectibles published a preview page announcing both the 1/6 scale Militaries of Star Wars 442nd Siege Battalion Clone and Republic Clone Captain figures. The 442nd Siege Battalion Clone was fully revealed on December 6, 2011 and went up for pre-order two days later. This figure began shipping in January 2012. The 442nd Siege Battalion Clone figure was released without an exclusive edition.
