Sent to hunt down the errant Queen Amidala and her entourage from Naboo, Sith apprentice Darth Maul is equipped with an impressive tool kit of cutting-edge technology. As honed and lethal in application as his own Sith training, Maul's array of stealth and detection equipment, his predatory starship and myriad of deadly weapons make him the perfect hunter. On board Maul's cloak-capable Sith Infiltrator, the Scimitar, state of the art tracking systems allow the invisible warrior to hunt down his quarry, no matter where they run. Even on the ground, the Scimitar's cadre of stowed Dark Eye probe droids permit Darth Maul to search in multiple locations at once, while he waits in preparation for a single, surgical strike.

Deployed in a trio, the compact, black probes scour the streets of Mos Espa and the surrounding landscape for Naboo's queen, their observations and findings reported back to their master in regular updates. Blistering with the most advanced detection equipment, including multispectral imaging lenses and the keenest scanners, little escapes the probes' notice, and they are tireless in their search.

Though not equipped with weaponry of any sort, each hovering droid is encased in a scan-absorbing shell of armor designed to foil casual scanning, but even the most advanced countermeasures cannot mask the cold stench of evil that hangs like a smell around these tools of death. Attuned to the ways of the Force, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn detects the cold touch of the Dark Side at his back as he walks down the streets of Mos Espa and decisively strikes down his shadowy follower. The droid's armor offers no resistance to the lightsaber's heat and the hunter's threat is revealed to the Jedi instantly.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
    It isn't for me.
