Comments: This huge, elegant vessel was commissioned specifically for the use of Senator Padmé Amidala in her duties as Naboos representative to the Galactic Senate. Though these custom-built aircraft are typically reserved for the exclusive use of the monarch, the affection of Naboo's people for their former ruler was so great that a special dispensation was granted, allowing her to continue traveling in royal comfort. With many of the shortcomings of its predecessor corrected, and the ability to carry its own fighter complement, this unarmed vessel was emblematic of the strength of will of the people of Naboo, until it was tragically destroyed in the attempted assassination of its primary passenger.
