Nicknamed “vulture droids” because of their predatory appearance, the droid starfighter is the mainstay of Separatist ship-to-ship combat. Capable of incredible acceleration and maneuverability, each droid fighter is run by a Trade Federation Droid Control Ship, but also sports a fantastically complex artificial intelligence that allows it to instantly analyze a tactical situation and select from an on-board database of thousands of strategic solutions.
