  • Comments: Han, Leia, Chewie, and the droids escape from Darth Vader by hiding the Millennium Falcon among the garbage that's periodically jettisoned by the Imperial fleet. To stay out of Vader's way, Han heads to Bespin, where his old smuggling buddy Lando Calrissian now runs a mining colony. They arrive at Cloud City, where Lando tells them he just made a deal that'll keep the Empire out of Bespin forever. Calrissian opens a door - and there is Darth Vader, with Boba Fett besie him. Han's "friend" has delivered them into the hands of the Empire.

Boba Fett: Boba Fett has been after Han Solo for years, and now the day of reckoning has arrived. Standing behind Vader, he knows that his quarry has no idea he's walking into a trap. Patience and skill have paid off, as Fett's hunt is about to end in the successful capture of Han Solo.

Chewbacca: Chewbacca gets the feeling something's wrong as he and his friends walk through the corridors of Cloud City. His suspicions are justified when Lando hands them over to Darth Vader, and Chewie turns to Han's old smuggling buddy and emits a roar of deep anger.

Darth Vader: After failing to capture the Falcon, Vader takes his anger out on Captain Needa. Then he has an unexpected turn of fortune: the Rebels will be delivered right into his hands. Sitting in the dining room in Cloud City waiting for their arrival, he is filled with dark satisfaction.

Han Solo: Han and Lando go way back to the days when they worked as smugglers. He has total trust in his old friend and believes he is taking Leia and the others to a safe haven. So Han is totally unprepared when Lando betrays him to the Empire that they both despise.

Princess Leia: As an outspoken critic of the Empire, Leia is used to being in the center of trouble, and finds Han's ability to wriggle out of trouble exasperating and impressive. But she realizes that only a miracle can save them when she comes face-to-face with Darth Vader.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
    It isn't for me.
