Comments: Jedi mind tricks often work on the weak-minded. Such is the case when a squad of sandtroopers asks Jedi Maser Obi-Wan Kenobi about the two droids that are with him in a landspeeder. Obi-Wan tricks them into concluding, "These aren't the droids we're looking for."

    Points of Interest:
  • This Sandtrooper figure is a repaint of the Sandtrooper SAGA-037 figure, painted in the deco of the Sandtrooper from the second Evolutions set.
  • This figure was one of the Final Four of the Saga Legends Tournament held in the fall of 2006.
  • There are several planned variations of the Sandtrooper figure:
    • "Super dirty" Sergeant (TSC body)
    • "Less Dirty" Squad Leader (TSC body)
    • "Super dirty" Sergant (Evolutions body)
    • "Clean" Corporal (TSC body)
    • "Clean" Sergeant (TSC body)
    • "Super dirty" Sergant (Evolutions body)
    • Will there be more?
  • There is yet another change to the first version...the "Fan's Choice" sticker on the bubble has already been changed to read "Fans' Choice." It remains to be seen which version will hit retail shelves.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
    It isn't for me.
