Comments:
Not since the Yoda Mania of 1980 had the Star Wars Generation been more swelling with ‘cute factor’. That’s right, Wicket W. Warrick was more popular with the girls than a weekend long Felicity marathon, and why not, he was cute. Thankfully, he also played a huge part in the downfall of the Galactic Empire, so guys liked him too. Back in 1983 there was very little Ewok bashing, and for the most part everyone liked them (for those of you reading this who were around back then, it’s OK to admit that you like them too while you read this, no one has to know). Matter of fact, keeping that in perspective, isn’t there another ‘cute’ Star Wars character getting a hard time? Wicket says "Yub yub, mesa like that guy and you should too."
Major Variations:
Though all vintage figures have minor variations, the Wicket W. Warrick action figure has no documented major variations.
Seemingly the same, the spear that comes with Wicket W. Warrick is a different sculpt than the one packed with Romba. It is, however, very difficult to identify one from the other, and generally considered one and the same.
