After spending the first quarter of the year denying the UCS Millennium Falcon existed and then the most recent quarter dropping countless Easter Eggs and teasers, LEGO is going all out and making it impossible for us to ignore that they have dropped the unexpected (typed with a touch of sarcasm) bombshell on us. And they aren't going to help us deny ourselves the pleasure of buying this set because - on top of the three exclusive posters that will be available on Force Friday II weekend - there is now going to be an exclusive card for LEGO VIP members who order their 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon on September 14th and 15th.

Because triple VIP points (worth US$120) and an exclusive polybagged Star Wars set from shop@home isn't enough - LEGO have sweetened the deal with not one, not two but three limited edition promotional posters. They will be free with a qualifying LEGO Star Wars purchase, while stocks last, and a different one will be made available on September 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Rebelscum will be revealing one per day - so click on the thumbnail above to see what the first one looks like.

Coming on October 1st at Shop.LEGO.com for $799, the much-anticipated (and equally denied) 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon with a whopping, staggering 7,541 pieces! At the moment this is for show only - VIP members will be able to order theirs on September 14th and 15th while the rest of the Star Wars public will have to wait until October 1st.

Force Friday II hasn't officially started, but that hasn't stopped Hasbro from unveiling some forthcoming figures from The Black Series for The Last Jedi. More details can be found at The Hollywood Reporter.

We had some early sightings of The Black Series figures at Walmarts in Northern Virginia today. They are arriving in pallets, probably to prevent accidental early stocking and to offer an awesome display. In this case they are pyramids containing 24 figures (three cases), eight Rey Jakku Speeders, eight Luke Skywalker's Landspeeders, and a bunch more stuff. Happy Hunting!!!
