We reported earlier today that Toys "R" Us stores in Canada are running a 25% off sale on Star Wars, and for one day only, stores Stateside are getting in on the act with 20% off of one regular-priced toy and also BOGO Blast, which looks to include Star Wars. No doubt all of you have at one time gone out looking for something in particular to add to your collection and have stumbled across something completely different. I know I have. Rebelscum reader Steven R. has written in to tell us about his experience, where he found the Revell Snap Tite kits while looking for figures.

On a recent visit to a local Walmart, a planogram stuck to a shelf showed the range of Star Wars items that will be available, at least for the next little while. While there are no real surprises in there, it's good to see three pegs each for Movie Heroes, The Clone Wars and The Vintage Collection, along with Class I & Class II vehicles.

Collectors curious why the 2013 Class II vehicles have been showing up in Canada but not the US may be interested in knowing the assortment has a do not put on the shelf date set for February 11, 2013. As you may have suspected, many retailers above the 49th don't give a rip about what is written on the box, and tend to shelf stock as it comes in. The images above are from a Target store in California, and to protect the employee's job we're keeping mum on the name this time out, but Suffice it to say, they have them in the back, and if you ask the right person you may get them early. The big question is, what else is slated for release on that date?

Perhaps in response to the Yoda-themed packaging that has already begun to show up on their shelves, Walmart Canada has begun clearancing a number of the Darth Maul-packaged items, with Battle Packs and Class I vehicles going on sale for $20 and Class II Vehicles knocked down to $15!

Heads up, U.K. collectors! Our first U.K store report spotting Hasbro's new Class I vehicles comes from Lee G of Slough Berkshire, United Kingdom. The vehicles were retailing for £19.99 and were found in a Tesco merchandise store. Thanks for the heads-up!
