Billed as the multimedia event of 2007, this storyline was planned to bridge video game, novel, comic, toys and the RPG game. Development issues delayed this until the following year, but that didn't dampen the impact that the story had on the fan base.

Set in the time between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, this story follows Vader's secret apprentice, Galen Marek, also known by the code name Starkiller as he tracks down rogue Jedi for the Empire.

Dark Horse represented the storyline by adapting the "official" story (as presented in the novel by Sean Williams) in comic book form. The graphic novel was written by Haden Blackman, project lead for LucasArts on this game, with art by Knights of the Old Republic artists Bong Dazo and Brian Ching with Wayne Nichols. There were not individual issues created for this release, as is the norm. Just one 104 page graphic novel. There was also a 22-page mini comic that was available from StarWarsShop.com when pre-ordering the video game.

Moving into our nineteenth year of shooting Star Wars collectibles, we pause for a moment to consider legacy. Our photography is obviously recognizable because of the blue background, but looking further back, especially after we published The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker galleries last December, we've put our minds to offering more classic Kenner backgrounds to our galleries. Follow this link to have a look and then let us know if you'd like to continue to explore this train of thought.
Focus on the Rebelscum legacy and keep it blue.
I love the nod to Kenner's history. I'd love to see Rebelscum embrace a more colourful vision.
