He appeared in 1995 with the first wave of European red cards. Very easy to find in 1996, he was the first figure to disappear from the European line at the end of the year and curiously never came back although he was one of the major Star Wars characters. It means also that the Hoth version with datalink and periscope didn't reach the old continent.
