Dark Horse Extra was a 25 periodical sold thru comic specialty shops. It was 14 3/4" wide and 21 1/2" tall, folded once vertically. On some occasions it may also have been folded again horizontally. It contained three serialized strips, two on the front page and one on the back. Inside was a full page poster (measuring 14 3/4" by 21 1/2") and a full page devoted to upcoming releases called "Scoops from the Stable" by Ivana Fanboy. The rear page also featured an ad and a column on the Dark Horse Web Site called "DHC Web Words" by Jay Pegg.

This issue also features Usagi Yojimbo: Tsuru part 3 by Stan Sakai and Ghost: Cracked Mirror part 4 by Chris Warner & Chris Brunner, plus a poster for Grendel: Past Prime by Matt Wagner.

Thanks to Joe K. for the review copy and cover scan of this issue.

Poll
Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
It isn't for me.
