According to the inside cover, the events in this issue takes place approximately 137 years after the Battle of Yavin.

This issue was popular enough to warrant a 2nd printing on Dec 12, 2006. According to editor Randy Stradley, "All we did was drop out the blue-gray background color and make it white."

This issue includes an illustration of the "Imperial Shuttle" by Sean Cooke.

Moving into our nineteenth year of shooting Star Wars collectibles, we pause for a moment to consider legacy. Our photography is obviously recognizable because of the blue background, but looking further back, especially after we published The Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker galleries last December, we've put our minds to offering more classic Kenner backgrounds to our galleries. Focus on the Rebelscum legacy and keep it blue.
I love the nod to Kenner's history. I'd love to see Rebelscum embrace a more colourful vision.
