This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars Comic Packs #10, which includes a Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade figure. This issue is a reprint of Dark Horse's Heir to the Empire #5, with some minor alterations to the cover (including cover layout, number, price, and the inclusion of the Star Wars 30th Anniversary logo). See that issue for further information.
The packaging for this comic pack indicates it is actually #10, while the indicia of this comic says #9.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until August 2007, the indicia lists the publication date as October 2006.
