This comic was included in the Hasbro Star Wars Comic Packs #11, which includes a Anakin Skywalker and Assassin Droid figure. This issue is a reprint of Dark Horse's Republic #57, with some minor alterations to the cover (including cover layout, number, price, and the inclusion of the Star Wars 30th Anniversary logo). See that issue for further information.
This comic pack was reissued and repackaged in mid-2008 (circa July 2008) as part of The Clone Wars line of toys, as pack #3. The most notable difference is the lack of the Star Wars 30th Anniversary logo on the cover.
While these 2-packs did not start shipping until November 2007, the indicia lists the publication date as January 2007.
