COMMENTS
The first issue of this title had more pages than standard releases. It also contained a 4-page preview of Darth Vader #1 and a 2-page preview of Princess Leia #1.

In the history of Star Wars comics, this issue definitely holds the record for most variant covers. Between the solicited variants produced by Marvel and the retailer exclusives there are well over 75 different covers.
