Hasbro Japan Marmit Action Figure Kits
You just opened your Marmit and discovered the instructions are in Japanese? James van Spronsen has translations and more for Marmit kits at his MAW Installation site.

These are kits being made by Hasbro Japan Ltd. These are easily the most detailed 12" Star Wars figures ever. The price in Japan is about $70 U.S. with some stores in the U.S. importing them for around the $90-$100 and more price point.
