Lucasfilm today put out a press release describing its licensing success over the past thirty-three years, and in particular during 2009.

I've had the eFX McQuarrie Vader helmet prototype here a few days to take photos of as it's coming up for pre-order Monday. You can check out the photos and my thoughts on this stage of its development in our photo archive. All 250 will include Ralph McQuarrie's signature on a custom plaque. The entire edition will go on pre-order Monday at eFX. Price is $899 plus shipping and handling. They also have a payment plan, which I'm sure will help out some collectors.
