It's another edition of our annual Halloween Costume Contest! 2007 marks our ninth year holding the contest, and just like in previous years, we gave away some mighty cool stuff to those with the most creative, outrageous, or just plain ridiculous Star Wars costumes! We had over 80 submission to the contest this year, many of which are some extremely impressive efforts.

Here are the winning costumes for 2007!

Costume Contest Rules: The rules have changed this year, please read before submitting those photos!

  • All costumes must be Star Wars themed and in good taste.
  • You must give us a name to go with your entry.
  • One entry per person.
  • One photo per entry. Please do not send multiple shots. Simply take the best one and send it on in.
  • Please, no convention photos.
  • Let's try and keep the Photoshopping at a bare minimum - lightsabers only.
  • Photos from previous years will not be accepted.
  • If you've previously won in any category you will not be permitted to enter the costume for which you won.
  • All entries must be in JPG file format, no exceptions.
  • At least one person in the photo MUST be holding a print-out of our 2007 Halloween Vader logo. We've got a high-quality version you can download right here. The logo doesn't need to be very large or anything, but we do need to be able to see it in the picture. Feel free to use colored paper or get creative with the logo.

What about the prizes?! Checkout the full list right here!

We are no longer accepting submission. Winners for 2007 were announced right over here.

Now that you've had your first look at Hasbro's 2013 San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Black Series Boba Fett and Han Solo in Carbonite two pack, the Probe Droid is curious what you think of the set.
I'm attending SDCC and will certainly get this awesome set!
I'm attending SDCC but have no interest in this line.
I'm not attending SDCC but hope to get this awesome set somehow.
I'm not attending SDCC and have no interest in this line.
I'm undecided but interested in seeing it added to the Photo Archive.
I'm more vexed at why toy collecting news is suddenly exclusive to USA Today instead of a site I go to for my Star Wars news...
