    Comments: Ever the diplomat, Mace Windu spent much of the Clone Wars traveling from system to system, bringing his powerful intellect and forceful personality to bear directly on the Separatist problem. More than one world was saved the horror of warfare by his calm, skillful negotiation. As the war intensified, and capital ships could not be spared to transport diplomatic missions, he relied more and more on a Jedi starfighter equipped with a long-range hyperdrive ring.
