  • Comments: Never in its long history have such powers clashed within the walls of the ancient Theed Royal Palace. Three warriors, each a master of Lightsaber combat, contest for victory at the heart of the palace, their battle raging along the treacherous edge of a melting pit hundreds of meters deep. For the first time in a thousand years, the light and dark sides of the Force have joined in conflict.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Though Obi-Wan sometimes found himself at odds with his teacher Qui-Gon Jinn, the two Jedi fought as one against the terrifying onslaught of a deadly Sith lord.

Qui-Gon Jinn: A powerful bu controversial Jedi who believed in the Living Force, Qui-Gon fell in battle to retake Theed Palace after being cut off from Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Darth Maul: Powered by hatred, Darth Maul engineered the series of traps that nearly snared Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon, and attempted on several occassions to assassinate the ruler of Naboo.

Battle Droids: The simple-minded drone warriors of the Trade Federation were easily dealt with by the Jedi, but were nonetheless fearsome because of their overwhelming numbers.

    Points of Interest:
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi is a retool of 2000's POTJ Obi-Wan Kenobi (Jedi). This time around, he has the belt peg from Obi-Wan Kenobi (Jedi Knight), and he now comes with a soft goods cloak.
  • Qui-Gon Jinn is a repack of 2000's EPISODE I Qui-Gon Jinn (Jedi Master).
  • Darth Maul is a repack of the figure from 2000's POTJ Masters of the Dark Side multipack.
  • Battle Droid is a retool of 2000's POTJ Battle Droid (Boomer Damage). This time around, the arms and legs have been slightly repositioned, although the rubber bands used to hold the figure in place have also caused some warping.
  • Battle Droid Security is a repack of 2000's POTJ Battle Droid (Security).
  • This set was at one point called "The Battle of Theed."
