Wizard World 2002: Hasbro Republic Gunship

Seeing this toy in its magnificence, you have to wonder how Hasbro kept the price so low. The ship has cool features like shooting missiles in the front and sides, a string in the back to have your Clones swing in to the rescue and all sorts of other goodies. Andy Espenshade, Hasbro's Director of Marketing, told us that the upcoming basic carded yellow Clone Pilot will come with the bubble gun canopy that can attach to either side of the ship. The figure and canopy can also double as a cannon and comes with a stand.

Judging from the detailed features on the back of the package, Hasbro ensured that this vehicle was packed with movie inspired authenticity. The deployable troop platform is a neat feature, and the package even gives a small hint of the forthcoming Deluxe Clonetrooper with Speederbike. The Deluxe Clonetrooper will also come with removable armor and helmet according to Hasbro. The vehicle is definitely a must have for Clone fans once it's released towards the end of summer.

Poll
Now that you've seen the prototypes of Hot Toys' upcoming Movie Masterpiece Series MMS261 Han Solo and MMS262 Chewbacca 1/6 scale figures, our ever inquisitive Probe Droid is tasked to find out whether you are going to collect the line.
Hot Toys had me at "Hello There"
1/6 scale collecting has just lept forward. I'm in!
I hope the actual products are better than the prototypes, and if they are I'm interested in collecting this line.
This will be my first venture into the realm of 1/6 scale collecting...
I'm a 1/6 scale collector, but I'm not interested.
I'm not a 1/6 scale collector, so no, I won't get into this line (yet).
