Weapons and Accessories:

  • Lightsaber
  • lightsaber Hilt
  • Moisture Vaporator
  • Collector Coin
  • Species: Human, living on Tatooine with Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru Lars
Status: Helps his uncle on the moisture farm but aspires to be a starfighter pilot
Weapon of Choice: As yet unaware of his innate ability to harness the power of the Force
Characteristics: Dissatisfied with the slow, quiet life of a moisture farmer
Comments: On a desert planet like Tatooine, water is a precious commodity. Moisture farmers earn a living extracting water from the air to use or resell. But Luke was never happy with the life of a moisture farmer and dreamed of leaving home to attend the Imperial Space Academy and become a pilot.

    Points of Interest:
  • This Luke Skywalker figure uses the legs from the figure in the 2005 Early Bird Kit. In addition, the torso and skirt are based on that figure, with a few changes...the neck is new, and the belt has more pouches added, as well as a hole for the lightsaber.
  • Also included with this figure is a much-requested Moisture Vaporator, which requires some assembly.
  • Photography by Dan Curto
  • Also included with this figure is a folding pamphlet that shows other toys in The 30th Anniversary Collection.

Now that you've had your first look at Hasbro's 2013 San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Black Series Boba Fett and Han Solo in Carbonite two pack, the Probe Droid is curious what you think of the set.
I'm attending SDCC and will certainly get this awesome set!
I'm attending SDCC but have no interest in this line.
I'm not attending SDCC but hope to get this awesome set somehow.

I'm undecided but interested in seeing it added to the Photo Archive.
I'm more vexed at why toy collecting news is suddenly exclusive to USA Today instead of a site I go to for my Star Wars news...
