This figure was available on the official Revenge of the Sith launch on April 2, 2005. Collectors were required to get a numbered ticket when the store opened, which was required to purchase the exclusive figure. However, not all stores followed this policy, and there were cases where it was sold for the listed price. After April 2nd, this figure was available at Target's website.
