Due to the substantial amount of negative email we have received here at Rebelscum regarding the limited availability of the Gentle Giant Blue Clonetrooper bust, Philip Wise decided to speak with Gentle Giant's Marketing and Sales representative Eric Lyga. Philip questioned the rumors floating around about the possibility of an additional run. Eric's response was no. Eric let Philip know that increasing the supply of limited Clinetrooper busts would not be fair to those collectors who have already purchased one. He also mentioned that this was Gentle Giant's first ever convention exclusive and they specifically chose to produce a variant bust rather than a core character so that demand wouldn't be out of control. However they have been surprised by the demand for the product, and future plans for exclusives will reflect their lesson learned this year.

Next September marks the twentieth anniversary of Hasbro's Kenner The Power Of The Force action figure collection. The line introduced a new generation of children to the wonderful world of Star Wars toys and ushered in the modern collectibles we all enjoy today. Our ever-inquisitive Probe Droid is actively searching all corners of the galaxy to find out if there is interest in products that commemorate this very significant 1995 release.
I'd be into a Hasbro The Lost Line style assortment
I'd love to see Gentle Giant make a Jumbo Kenner 1995 Luke Skywalker
I'm behind both of these ideas!
I got started in 1995, but I have no interest in such a concept.
It isn't for me.
