"I’m awfully excited to finally be able to share this: Collect All 21! is now officially available as an eBook, thanks to the fantastic guys at Hukilau digital publishing. They were interested in publishing a new electronic edition, and the book had never been coded for Kindles and other e-readers, so I expanded it with stuff like interviews from Celebration V (Matthew Wood, Dave Filoni) and other stuff (feature/interview with Lorne Peterson), and the whole thing winds up actually being cheaper as an e-book. (Also, the publisher's currently offering a sample of the first few chapters with a Tweet or Facebook mention.)"
